Evertail was born from a quiet farewell.

After losing my companion of 13 years, I searched for a way to keep her memory close — something warm, personal, and crafted with care.

What I found was a world full of mass production, but little meaning.

So I created Evertail: a place where grief is honored, memory is held, and each pet is remembered through gentle hands and loving eyes.

Every piece we make is a tribute — not just to your pet, but to the story you shared.

What do I need to provide for a custom order?

At least two clear photo of your pet — preferably front-facing and well-lit. We'll reach out if we need more angles.

Can you recreate a pet who has passed away?

Absolutely. In fact, most of our work is done in memory of pets who are no longer with us. Every piece is crafted with care and compassion.

How long does it take to complete an order?

Our standard production time is 10–14 days, followed by 7–10 days for shipping depending on your location.

Can you include real fur or ashes in the product?

Yes. Our keepsake boxes is designed to hold fur, ashes, or small items. You'll receive clear instructions after checkout.

What materials do you use?

We use high-quality wool, hand-blown glass domes, sustainably sourced wood, and handcrafted frames. Every detail is selected with respect and intention.

Will my sculpture look exactly like my pet?

While we aim for emotional likeness, our felted sculptures are stylized and not photo-realistic. Each one is lovingly interpreted by our artists.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide via tracked carriers. Rates and delivery times vary by country and are shown at checkout.

Can I make changes after placing an order?

We allow edits within the first 24 hours. After that, your order may already be in production and we can’t guarantee changes.

What if I’m unhappy with the result?

We’ll work closely with you to review details before production. Because our items are custom-made, we don’t offer refunds — but we’re committed to your satisfaction.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes. Each order is carefully packaged, and we offer optional handwritten note cards for memorial or celebration gifts.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each item is custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
